Customer service that comes with a monopoly. Their tree trimming crews deposited all of their garbage in our well kept yard. Soda Cans, styrafoam cups, a milk bottle jammed in the fence, packaging from their chainsaw oil. They butchered two trees that were not even close to interfereing with their power lines. When I complained...well I got the response one would expect from a company with no competition...silence. They should save some money and not even pretend that they care about customers and their property
