I'm over the moon about finding this place. I was considering sending my film to a lab in Salem due to a lack of appealing local options and holy cow am I glad I didn't. I'm relatively new to the film world and Jou was very patient explaining their different options for processing. His wife (whose name, unfortunately, I didn't catch this time) was kind and welcoming both times I came in. The turn around time was phenomenal and the quality is far better than I had hoped. I can't wait to get to know this place better.
