The service was good, friendly and professional. We had a problem where our shower wasn't working properly, and it was fixed promptly after reporting it. However, the room wasn't quite up to Westin standard. For example, the plug in the bath didn't seal properly; the light fitting above the sink had come away from the ceiling; and the included toiletries didn't include shower gel, only soap.

None of the problems were huge, and the others things like the bed were still really good, but the several small problems made the hotel feel much less luxury than I've come to expect from the Westin.
