On Optiweb I spent one day with the purpose of exchanging knowledge - the first half of the day, we debated good practices with the WordPress Development Team, and the other half I was perfectly impressed by team leaders about their work and good practices. Although we are in a similar vein, I am quite sure that the Optiweboci is susceptible to constant learning and improvement.
