The operators are quite rude and incompetent. It always looked like I had to beg them to give me the accommodation I applied for. I had to chase them for over a month via phone and email which were often ignored or answered after several days. It's like they don't care about you and your need to find a home.
Plus, the room was awfully dirty when I moved in.
