The Manager at Small Heath Asda need to go and get some training on his customer communication skills, Not the kind of Manager and ambassador I would want representing my company. But I don'r suppose Asda will do nothing about it. They will think like other big companies, It's just another supplier, customer, complaining and just take no notice..... The manager's only a young man with a lot to learn regarding managing and treating his staff and customers with respect but in my opinion need further training before Asda puts him in a leading role representing there brand,,,,,,
