Been going to Beach Acres my whole life and have not once been disappointed. The forest cottages are warm and cozy and I recommend those if you are looking for a quiet, awesome place to stay. Beautiful BC forest right outside your door, and you can hear the birds chirping fromm anywhere. A short walk down to the beach is all you need to see breathtaking views and smell the salty ocean air. Many tide pools that are very fun to search through and lots of sandcastles that can be built! There's also an outdoor fire pit on the beach that can be used to roast s'mores and more! Back up at the office, the staff are wonderful! Always looking to help you out if you have a problem, and very welcoming when you first arrive. Very kind and polite! There is a small game room with bikes, paddle boards, badminton rackets, volleyballs, and more for renting for free! The playground is also great for the kids - they'll play on it for hours! A volleyball court, badminton court, and tennis courts are also available for use. Lovely, well maintained grounds. Finally, there's the indoor pool! It has a hot tub and sauna and is all around quite lovely. One thing I can promise is that you'll never be bored here! An amazing place to stay and spend time with family! 100% recommend!
