Always my first choice when I visit Lawrence for the night. Right down town and close to great restaurants, shopping and night life. The history of the building and how it has been preserved makes staying there an experience unto itself. The bar and restaurant are undergoing a major rebuild as of October 2018, but I believe they expect that back open soon. Hopefully, the weekly 1/2 price martini special will come back with it.
