Very disappointed with the service we received with Muskoka Boat Gallery. We have a 1999 Mastercraft X-Star and last fall paid a $6,000.00 service bill which included a new CDI Box, installing new speakers, a new throttle, and fixing our fuel gauge. I was very disappointed this spring when first using the boat to find half my new speakers did not work and my fuel gauge was still not working. I called Chris (owner) and after a few weeks he was able to get a service guy out to look at the issues while we were away. I got a text from this service guy saying all repairs were completed. When pulling the boat out the next weekend, the fuel gauge was fixed however the speakers were still not working. Just goes to show unless you are purchasing a newer boat from these dealers, you will not get the service you pay for.
