New Mexico Community Capital and their Native Entrepreneur In Residence (NEIR) program do amazing work to stimulate and grow entrepreneurship + business owners in the region.

Several folks I know have come out of the program, and they are all doing meaningful work, building fast, and giving back constantly to those around them.

The business model knowledge, networks, collaboration, feedback, mentorship etc. from NEIR is super inspiring, and delivers a ton of value. For underrepresented founders, this is a critical resource and I'm glad to see it growing.
