Parking on the weekends is horrible thanks to parking enforcement. We were penalized for parking for less than 30 minutes for the purpose of getting our daughter from her dorm room and then leaving. After looking at the ticket, we noticed that within minutes of parking, they marked the tire and gave us a ticket. Never saw a sign for parking, need permit, don't need a permit. Had to pay 36 dollars. Then to make matters worse, I got another bill from them for a late fee. Geez when will it end. Have to remember this when I get a call asking for a donation.
