I have been a customer of Crédit Mutuel for over a year now, and I must say that their service has been average. While they have some good products and services, their customer service is lacking. It takes them a long time to respond to inquiries, and often I have to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, their rates are competitive, but I would expect better service from a bank of their size.
