They are discriminating against the people with ar...

They are discriminating against the people with arrest records even if there was no conviction. They don't even look deep into the nature of the criminal offence. They don't see the need to play their part in fighting crime in South Africa because if you refuse someone employment because of a criminal record then you contribute to creating repeat offenders. Ex offenders are human beings who deserve chances just like everyone else as per the constitution but CCI people don't see it that way. One Lady that was with me in training was refused employment because she fought with a friend and a friend went and laid a charge, what a stupid reason to refuse someone employment!!! And that was not even relevant to the position she had been taken for.
