Even though they close at 4:30 they would not issue me a marriage license because it was "after 4:00PM" and apparently this is mentioned somewhere on the website even though I've yet to see it. They were completely rude and unprofessional and they don't even care because it's not like you can just take your business elsewhere.

Update: when I returned the next day the whole process took about 3 minutes which further emphasizes that it was completely unnecessary for them to turn me away the first time.
