What is sad for us French is that your switchboard offers us several languages

AND NEVER THE FRENCH unfortunately you are not the only ones all the switchboards of hospitals never offer FRENCH to us so I am not telling you how difficult it is for us.
Today I stayed 1/2 hour trying to get you because I didn't understand what your switchboard was telling me.
