Since writing this review ice sent 2 emails with no response, prior to Arcadia responding to this review asking me to email them...

OP,
We've been trying to cancel for atleast 6 months and no one knows how to do that. They told us we were cancelled and settled 2 payments ago. I just want to go back to my previous provider without all the confusing billing and have more notice of what's due before it's taken out of my account (Arcadia gives you about 2-4 days notice).

Multiple emails and phone calls and I'm still stuck with getting billed. This is exhausting.
