I stayed at this hotel for the first time Saturday...

I stayed at this hotel for the first time Saturday, i prepaid the 1 night stay with Cheaptickets, upon check in the receptionist advice me of a $50.00 hold which i agree to. I came to this hotel so my grandaughter visiting from Puerto Rico can have a good time after all devastation happening in our Island. Next day i checked out at 11:08 am everything was fine in the room, that same day the billed my bank account another $200.00 because it was a pending charge i did not think anything of it, but today is not pending anymore is a charge so i call the hotel and spoke with David who advice me Amber will call me when she gets in. This Amber person call me at 10:20 am was very rude and short telling me some linen was missing from the room, and they were not going to reimbursed my $250.00 total charge on my bank account....Beware of this hotel I will never stay at any Holiday Inn...How many persons, employees come to the room after check out. I have disputed the charges thru my Bank so they will be credited back to my account but this should not happen. Im a responsible adult and is my word againts this Amber"RUDE"PERSON.
