Very Arrogant, careless People at the front Desk and Admin, Dont do any due Diligence-we had an International Travel and were planning to get Travel Consultations, We were told that this is not covered upon checkin, Didn't really give us an advance heads up, wanted us to pay everything up front, Never cared or gave an option for us to check with insurance and pay it later once this is resolved, Just they didn't care and let us go

Doctors Espc Wilson is really good but these folks need to get a lesson or two
