Apparently they don't service the new Supras at to...

Apparently they don't service the new Supras at toyota of palo alto where I bought it from. I don't think I can take it to BMW either. Puts me in a bit of a predicament.

I brought my Supra to Magnussen for service on the appointment they scheduled. After waiting for two hours I figured my car would be done. I asked if my car was ready and they stated they would not be able to work on it and they were too busy to inform me of such.

The manager called me and said that I would need to call her ahead of time to get her permission to get my car serviced. I am not sure why I would need to do that. They provided no solution or resolution.
