This must be one of N. Shore s best kept secrets. It s such a warm and welcoming studio to practice at. Non-judgmental, non competitive, and no drama! I found yogalife about 5 years ago and they ve been a home studio for me! When I was a student, they were so understanding and accommodating to that, and also offer military and other membership packages.

They just opened the physical studio back up around 3 weeks ago since quarantine with all the necessary CDC/social distancing guidelines. Mask on, your own mat and props, temperature taken at the door, cleaning done before and after each class, and a health waiver. It s now asked that you sign up ahead of time via mindbody.

They also offer outdoor and virtual classes as well which are streamed from the studio! This past Saturday was my first time stepping into a physical studio since March and wow was that a gift. I practiced with a mask on the entire time but being present in the studio with my teacher (drew) and two other students was sensational, and something I missed terribly. NO amount of virtual or zoom time could ever replace that. When it feels right or safe for you, please check them out. Could not recommend more!
