Run down, horrible service. Phone lines to front desk and guest services permanently busy. Room not ever fully equipped at cleanings - cups, washcloths missing. They put hold for total room charge + additional $200 for incidentals - outrageous! Not up to standards of any Embassy Suites I've ever stayed at before.
