Disappointed with the length of time this business...

Disappointed with the length of time this business has had my radio without repairing. Every time I call to check on the status I hear the same thing "we are still waiting on a part, and it should be here any day". It has been over 2 months if you can't get routine replacement parts in nor know when to expect the part from your supplier what are we doing here? This can't be that hard. Order the part from Amazon if you have to, hell eBay if they have it. Let me know what the part is and I will mail it to you myself. Watch I get charged for them to mail it back to me unrepaired.
