I can't give it five stars because we did have some issues. For example, we couldn't get the room cold despite the thermometer setting at 60. They came and tested it and it was blowing cold air but the room stayed at around 70-75. The hotel provided a fan which helped but we went and bought another fan.
My biggest complaint is I checked in with four guests and there were only three towel setups in the room. I called the front desk and was informed that three is the standard, which I get, but if there are four guests in the room, shouldn't someone have the foresight to give four towels? Anyways, thinking the issue was resolved, I had to call again for the fourth towel because apparently the front desk thought the issue was resolved when they told me it was standard. Shortly after someone arrived with four towels, but no additional wash towels. We went through this everyday we stayed there. House keeping would take the dirty towels and replace three of them, then I would either catch house keeping in the halls or call the front desk to get the fourth setup.
Another issue is that the pools were always out of towels and were dirty by 3 pm. I thought it strange that nobody took care of the pool except first thing in the morning. They also conducted boiler maintenance at 2 pm without notice so, surprise, no hot water. Lastly, when I booked the room it stated free parking, but when we checked in we were told parking is $10 a night. I checked the website and sure enough, it's now listed as $10 a night.

However, there are some really good perks to staying here. The free shuttle to Sea world saves $35 in parking fees, plus they take you to the very front of the park. The hotel is located right off of 151 so it's close to plenty of food options and there is a Walmart about 10 minutes away. The courtyard had some child activities to keep the kids busy while you plan your next day.
