The only reason I use NHEC is because it's the only one available where I live but if anybody has the choice between this company and another, DO NOT CHOOSE NHEC, they are useless and have constant problems and when it comes to fixing them, there "estimated " times are completely inaccurate. NHEC Will just aggravate you so don't waist your money. I wish they actually would listen to customers and do something about there issues. I'm glad others clearly have problems to.
