(Jacksonville, Florida) I called late yesterday afternoon to see if someone could come fix a toilet with a deep clog. They answered after hours, clearly explained the process and fees. Chad arrived promptly between 8-8:30am and afternoon thoroughly explaining the steps to resolve the issue, he finally found a toy ketchup bottle deep in the pipes. If you have to have someone tell you your kid flushed a toy, I would recommend it be progressive service co. We will absolutely be using this company on the future... but not for flushed toys.
