My experience wasn t very good, They don t care about your time, how far do you live and if you try to call or email them you won t get proper answer so sometimes you have to go all the way to their office and be back empty handed. It feels like people working there don t really care about you and they are just doing this for money only, you are just a file to them, they don t understand people pay you to get the service and you are not giving it back properly. No very much help after you submit your application.
The one good thing is about them is if your get visa refusal they will give your money back, they don t do money fraud but other than that nothing good about their service
