Eric was great. The best customer service I have ever received in a shop. He took the time to walk me through everything that needed to be done to my vehicle, that other shops have never told me. He pulled my service records from other locations and was able to tell me the most important replacements. They even printed out a sheet of recommended services. This Toyota service department is fast, efficient, and they all have great customer service. I highly recommend it.
