Facial was overpriced at $300 and was the furthest thing from being "personalized".
I was pulled back 15 minutes late, never offered a drink while Waiting, and no questionnaire was given in regards to my medical history or skin type. The Aesthetician never asked me about my skin or any issues I was having, let alone that I am 5 months pregnant and never asked me about this which should be a no brainer considering you cannot use certain products while pregnant. This was terribly frightening. Though I know this was not her fault, the light fell directly on my face while she was doing my facial. Ouch to say the least! No chemical peel was done due to pregnancy, but I was still charged the full price. I will definitely NOT be returning for any spa services. This was the furthest thing from a relaxing spa experience. I only continued to come back here for services by Alison and now that she is no longer there, I won t be returning. Riviera Spa in knox-Henderson is where it s at!
