My husband and I worked with Mike Marciano and Jonny Lezi to find our new home in Westchester County. Purchasing a home in a normal environment can be long process in general but during the current environment, there was a different level of stressors added for sure.
Mike and Jonny were readily available to accommodate our asks, and answer our phone calls or emails regularly. They provided copious amounts of information, suggestions on a number of topics, as well as solutions to any issue that arose. They heard our concerns on specific areas that we didn t want to view homes in and steered us toward appropriate areas that fit us. They also let us guide our own journey of where we wanted to look and would act fast when we provided listings that we d like to view.
They also had many resources readily available. Another added value and very important part of the process and about them was not putting pressure on us to make a decision on purchasing a home too fast.
Overall, they were both trustworthy and easy to talk to. They both made buying a home in a global pandemic an enjoyable process and we would absolutely work with them again in the future. We highly recommend them!
