Much better places to stay - Check-in process is a nightmare, you could be waiting in line over 2 hours just to check in. Mobile check-in isn't better, it took over 3 hours after checking in to get an email confirmation, then another hour after that to get through lines. Hotel is really beautiful, nicely laid out, and clean, though the casino smells like stale cigarettes. 4 days into my stay I ate at the banquet snack bar and proceeded to get violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea for going on 48 hours. I submitted a compliant to Security, who escalated it to Risk. It took them over 30 hours to get back to me. I hadn't eaten or drank in over 2 days, missed the last day of the conference, and was bed ridden. I asked if I could stay another night to try to sleep it off, they literally kicked me out of the hotel. After giving me what is probably salmonella poisoning, they took over 30 hours to respond to a concern, then booted me when I was in a weakened state. The Risk Manager proceeded to call me a liar and hung up on me. This hotel is really shady, the food is way overpriced, and apparently can make your violently ill for 3+ days. Go somewhere else where they will treat you better.
