I recently bought a Hyundai Sonata 2.0T Ltd from this dealership and my complaints so far.

1). Promised one price but charged something else.

After negotiating the price for their high end Sonata Modal, I was told that I can pick up any color or vehicle that they have in the lot. When I picked up a black color vehicle, they increased the price by $250. When I chose another white color vehicle, they again increased the price by $250.

2). They charged me a documentation fee of $599 which I thought to be very high and this fee doesn't include tags. I have to go to DMV and get the tags and pay for it.

3). Service Department Issue.

I have called their service department and inquired about Android Auto update. I was asked to come the next day @ 7am to get the update done. I was told that no loaner car will be provided and to get the shuttle vehicle I have to wait until 8 AM. So, I asked my friend to follow me to the dealership and pick me up afterwards. After I reached the dealership, I was told that they have a problem with the software update and they can not do the update on my vehicle. Total waste of my time and I have to make another trip to get the update when it is available.

They seem to be having good inventory and choice of vehicles but have to improve on the service.
