Very easy to work our deal out over the phone. We needed to as the car was for my son and he lives in Chattanooga taking summer classes could not come to Memphis to dealership. We live in Jackson so nice to talk on the phone. Syed Salat was very nice and worked hard to get my son the car color and deal that worked for him. They even let me come pick up the car early due to a schedule conflict with our vacation time. Love this dealership!! Highly recommend them.
