Update 6.30.2020: We recently had some issues and was quoted the service from a tech. It was a pricey job and proceeded with getting things fixed. A few days later we had the same issue and the original tech said it was not the same thing, we needed an AC tech. An AC tech came by and basically told us the original tech did not do all that he should have done. I was a bit upset because I have trusted this company many times before and the job was very expensive. The AC tech placed a call to his manager and proceeded in finishing the original tech's job. We have not see any leaks since then. I am grateful for the more honest, and experienced techs! Maybe the first guy was just not capable of doing what he quoted or he was just being lazy, either way I am happy with how they handled our situation.

We have always had good servicemen from John Moore. They don t just tell you NEED to do this just so you spend money, they are honest with us and give us advice on how to keep things maintained. I will continue to use again!
