Service by their technicians are good, but they need to hire more technicians. I found unacceptable to have to wait more than a week for them to dispatch any type of service, even if it is an emergency. They do no have enough technicians. I had to wait over 3 weeks for an air conditioning repair. And promised to go on a day, and then the next day, and then rescheduling. Finally we had to hire other service. Dispatching time needs a re-engineering and soon.
