Great Class

Great Class
I was in town for business and joined the yin yoga class. It was great. The lights were dim, the music was relaxing, the teacher was great at guiding us through the sequence. The class was nicely full (not overfull but not awkwardly empty), all equipment and props were provided and the room was warm and inviting (it was a cold rainy day). Highly recommend.
