What struck me the most was the state of the airport, both the property and the cleanliness.
The treatment of the staff a bit dry and unfriendly.
Another drawback was that at the end of my stay in Cuba I changed the money left over to euros and when I checked in all the establishments only accepted the currency of Cuba CUC so we stayed for 2 hours without being able to drink or eat anything. It is a silly but annoying detail when you want to buy water and when you can no longer.

To highlight something positive was the speed of picking up the bags and the management for both the Entrance and the Exit, it was all fast and fluid whenever you go through the green channel.

When leaving the airport there are 2 ways:

Green Channel - People carrying only personal items.

Red Channel- Cuban natural persons that have to declare products in customs (electronics, appliances, etc ..)
Channel that does not affect any tourist since we can only carry miscellaneous and personal items.
