My driver was on time and very friendly. The pricing is affordable compared to other companies or using Uber/Lyft. I d 100% use Carmel Car Service again. When it came closer to my pick-up time, I was sent a link to view my driver s information and location, which was very helpful and the driver called me once he was outside. All was professional and went as planned.
