We had a late arrival , && still received excellent customer service . The elevators were under construction/maintenance but that was still okay . Room was clean , bed wasn t the most comfy but it worked , hot tub was a really good addition to have right on your room balcony but it was a little dirty assuming from prior use so we end up getting out of it . We were able to grab free chairs and beach towels from the front desk to walk right out and relax on the beach . I would book again .
