Reception was friendly. Our first bedroom was dirty. Carpets full of hair and lint. Couch with breadcrumbs and a dusty sofa. The hotel itself it's very old (not what it looks like on the pictures). Not that I care. But at least I'm expecting the room that I'm paying for to be clean. We complained at the reception, they apologized and upgraded us into a suite. Same problem there, dirty floors( stains, lint, hair), dusty room. It seems to me that cleanliness it's the last thing they care for. Amazing view though.
