When I received the order, the surprise: I had the receipt and the invoice because the gentlemen from the payment department decided that in fact, I, want my cash payment. I called, I showed that the payment method chosen is OP (through the confirmation email received from the ideal confirming the payment method) and what do you think ??? The couriers were instructed to take the products back. Very ideal!
