The setup is huge but very old. It needs immediate renovation. They purchased property from Ramada and did no renovation ever since.
The check in process was long and boring, it took me 10 full minutes to check-in.
They swipe card for every facility in advance.
They swipe separate for room, restaurant etc so check in was big thumbs down.
Staff is highly untrained. In restaurant the waiter will not give u way. U have to wait else he would give u a shove.
The set top box is tied behind TV, to change channel u have to come up to TV and change it.
Mobile network signal are weak here. Only relief could be internet, it's connection quality is atrocious, accept for whatsapp nothing is working right. VoWifi in airtel also not working. Jio signal are good.
Food is yummy. They have separate counter for.kids menu.
Sweets have less in fresh more in readymade.

Day 3 update, staff at restaurant doesn't give u way. I refrained from posting video owing to privacy issue.
