I have ordered thousands of dollars from this company for my repair shop. Recently I had an issue with FedEx admitting that they lost my boxes. When I raised the issue with Rockauto, they refused to do anything until 7 days past the due date of delivery. Meanwhile, I have a vehicle torn apart inside my shop taking up work space. You can't talk to anyone, it is done completely online.
