Customer service has gone from some of the best (when they could be reached by phone), to now some of the worst (they can now only be reached via email). If something happens to your order, they will refuse to investigate until 7 business days have passed, which is just ridiculous customer service. I will be looking up the part numbers on their website, and then using Amazon to order them from now on, losing orders and refusing to help through dismissive emails is just unacceptable.
