Review of Hidden Lakes Apartments

I lived in Hidden Lakes Apartments for a year afte...

I lived in Hidden Lakes Apartments for a year after selling my house and trying to decide whether i wanted a smaller house or condo from 2015 to 2016. The staff was extremely friendly and made my move in and exit transition extremely easy! I was able to secure a month to month lease after buying a house and waiting on the transition for a small increase. I truly appreciated that and all they asked was for a months notice of when i was going to move. I received my deposit back in a timely manner.

I had a past knee surgery and the staff recommend a handicap bar which the maintance crew placed before I even moved in. They also upgrade the parking area and added handicapped parking spots for me and two other people. I was able secure a first floor apartment with a porch and access door around the back. I had a two bedroom apartment with a huge bedroom and a big walk in closet that i miss alot!

The back door came in handy to let my Lab outside and for me to be able to get out and take him for a nice walk around the complex that i did daily. I also felt very safe doing this. They also have very convenient doggie stations several places around the complex to use with bags. The maintance crew was very good at making sure the sidewalks were plowed and shoveled in the winter for us to use.

I would also like to mention there is a very nice gated pool and hot tub located at the office that I fully took advantage of. The staff held 3 awesome pool parties that i attended with food, drinks and music! The staff also went out of their way to plan special events every month such as breakfast bars, a Carnation bar for Valentines, Easter Egg Hunt and Trick or Treat for the kids a Football Event I think they even did a Wine and Canvas Event. We received a Calendar if Events and reminders posted on the door.

Lastly I would like to say they have convenient office hours and made paying rent easy as well as handling any maintance issues. Ill miss walking in and having short chats with the staff and talking with some of the residence.
