My company has worked under contract with this ArcBest and have lost thousands of dollars because this place was unorganized, uninformed and now that they are liable they hide behind corporate email and don't take accountability. Never will I ever work with this company and am determined to spread the word throughout my transport network. Companies like this give the rest of us a bad name!
