Let me share with you an experience: from some reason, the company's aircraft did not make it to the airport for departure. Another company took over the flight (Smart Wings). When I purchased the tickets online, I also purchased a meal of my choice. On board the new aircraft, a member of the crew brought us the exact meal we ordered from Czech Airlines on dishes with their logo, knifes, forks and spoons and glasses. Excellent!
