Rooms are fine, seems like might have been renovated recently. The linens are clean and of quality. Also in a quiet neighbourhood, nor close to metro or shopping malls.

Like most other reviews, I found the concierge staff to be incompetent; allowing queue jumping, fighting with taxi drivers and shouting at each across the lobby. They do not know basic landmarks like People's Square or simple addresses on Nanjing E Rd. Seems suitable to local guests. This is not an 'international' hotel.
