When it was finally time to let go of my 16 year old Explorer, it did not take me long to decide from which dealer to buy a new vehicle. Considering the lower prices and the fact that they had exactly what I was looking for (including the color) made choosing Vernon Auto Group an easy decision. The rest of the process was a breeze. At no time I felt pressured. The choices I had were clearly explained. All I had to do was applying online for the credit through the link on their website to start the process.
Few things made the experience very pleasant: 1) paperwork was ready once I arrived to Vernon location; 2) Dane (Product Specialist) showed me the truck and later helped my sync my phone to the vehicle system; 3) they worked with me and helped me for the trade-in so I could get all the rebates from Ford (I did not have my paperwork for the 16 year old Explorer and had to get a lien release directly from Ford). Not once I was pressured to purchase extra options or equipment. The only things they were offering were the 100,000 miles bumper-to bumper and the 60,000 miles interior warranties. As I plan to keep the new vehicle as long as I had the previous one and I have a couple of messy kids, it just made sense for me to get both warranties.
In short, very positive and smooth experience and let s not forget the lowest price I could find anywhere else (and I researched for a while).
