I was pre approved gave all my personal information to be verified only to be left in the dark no call back text email waited patiently only to call them for my stauts to see if they needed and more information just for them to say my approval was declined could not tell me why I assume it's a third party thing. But over all don't tell me I'm pre approved then not contact me to let me know I wasn't. Over all lake of communication.
