I was talked into switching to them when i purchased my home. I d been with Geico for 10+ years, and they were amazing to work with. For example, someone hit us while we were in Disneyland on a Sunday, and Geico had us in a rental within hours. Amazing customer service.

Now, for MOE. They seemed to have good coverage for a competitive rate, and the mortgage broker talked highly of them. I decided to give them a shot. Unfortunately, I had an accident about two months after switching. It was about 5 PM on a Wednesday. I wasn t driving anything fancy, but needed a tow and a rental. I couldn t reach anyone from MOE, except their 24-hour number, who couldn t do anything about anything. Unfortunately, I had to find a ride home.

The next day, during normal business hours (because there couldn t possibly be an accident or emergency after 4 PM PST), I finally got a call. Two days later, I finally got a call from the adjuster. They got me a rental car for a while 5 days. My car was totaled, and I needed some time to find a replacement. The adjuster was very rude on the phone, and refused to extend my rental for a few days. Finally, her superior agreed that it was reasonable to allow me a couple more days.

They paid ok on my car, but only after I had to go back and forth with another person who omitted the trim level and extras on my car (navigation, etc).

I am going back to Geico. I would not recommend Mutual of Enumclaw.
